Great Advice & Stories to Accompany
This was a pleasant, inspiring listen. It had plenty of actionable steps and great stories to support the principles outlined in this book. Inspiring stories from some of the greats, like Tony Robbins, Keanu Reeves, Nelson Mandela, Oprah. I really loved the chapter on optimism. I have sometimes been prone to negative thinking or catastrophizing and that chapter helped me a lot.
