Besides, giving the conduct triggers and social responses to my specific dread trigger was very useful. We can always find new nuggets.
At first I was skeptical about this suggested audio. I consider myself positive, confident, someone not afraid to be alone, nor afraid to do things on my own.
I listened anyway out of curiosity. Ultimately, I decided to add this audiobook to my library because I liked the gente way the speaker performed and the soothing background music. Together it was very relaxing.
Some of the affirmations I would tweak, however, there were other affirmations that stood out for me emphasizing the importance of carving out time to cultivate relationships. The Takeaway was: Do this for an enriched life.
