About this listen
You don't have to go through it alone.
Teenagers today are struggling like never before. They're facing a multitude of problems - bullying, divorced or absentee parents, physical and sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts - in the midst of one of the most uncertain eras in modern history. Worst of all, many teens stay silent about their struggles, fighting a lonely battle that is claiming far too many lives.
Never Fight Alone is an audiobook for teens that consists of 51 inspiring interviews with all sorts of people who have faced similar problems. From teen entrepreneurs to former professional athletes to inspirational authors and speakers, they describe the obstacles they faced, how they overcame them, and offer life-changing tips for how listeners can do the same.
In this audiobook, you will learn:
- How other people overcame adversity
- Coping methods to deal with mental health issues
- How to talk to others about your problems
- Actionable steps that you can take today to make your life worth living
- Ways to be happier and more positive
- How to find supportive friends and mentors
Shelomo Solson is the founder of Teenage Impact. His mission is to inspire teens to overcome adversity in life, so they can make an impact on the world. Shelomo wants to help as many people as possible because he knows what it's like to feel alone. He was bullied for 15 years, and he lacked confidence and self-esteem in every area of his life. But, like the other people interviewed in this audiobook, with the help of friends, family, and a key group of mentors, he was finally able to fight his way back to a positive, productive life.

Transparent stories of strength & vulnerability
Books this raw and real are hard to come by, especially when it comes to diving deep into teen life and the struggles they face. Shelomo Solson does a phenomenal job of bringing these issues to light in Never Fight Alone through a heart touching compilation of real stories, from real people. The book is a source of strength, hope, and determination to push through. The audio book is excellent. The narration is executed beautifully and it truly brings the book to life. If you're a teenager looking to feel uplifted, or a parent/guardian wanting to better understand what your teenager may be going through so you can better support them, I highly recommend this book.

An awesome book for all young people in your life!
As a Youth Worker and speaker I can see how valuable this book is for young people! I definitely recommend it. I love it’s format, because a lot of times students don’t have time to read a full book about purpose or self help, but in this case they are able to pick and choose the topic they want to read about from leaders that experienced the struggles and share about overcoming them. That’s powerful!
I loved hearing the testimonies and life experiences from leaders I know, follow and admire, get deep and share important topics for teens to be better, find purpose, and achieve their goals.

Excellent resource for young adults
STRONGLY recommend this for anyone who knows or works with teenagers or young adults. As a former high school teacher, I wish I had had this when I taught — every chapter covers a topic my students have struggled with or needed support with.
Not only is the content empowering, it’s set up really well to access from any chapter (or challenge) a reader wants. And, especially for those kids who say they “don’t like reading” this audio version is engaging, accessible, and easy to listen to.

Good book to listen to
If you have kids in your life, in any aspect, this is a book you should purchase. I have recommended it to several friends. We all like to say we were young once, and we know what it’s like for kids now, but we don’t. To hear stories first - hand from a diverse group of people, about what they have gone through, and how they overcame some very significant experiences, is very eye-opening. The introduction gives a good preview of the book, and different ideas of how to utilize the book.
I have a paperback copy of this book, but with Covid I also started listening to audio books while I go for walks. I’m very picky about audio books, and this book is wonderful in audio format. The narrator is perfect-he doesn’t detract from the stories, and reads at a very good pace.
