This book is awesome! It is packed with essential tips and information. This book was made for people like me who are in the PT world. Very good study guide
The narrator goes nice and slow, and he can drill everything into your brain so you don't miss anything on the exam! I think this audiobook was a great way to study the information in a different way, as I'm driving or cooking, and can absorb the information through audio instead of reading. Hearing it in a different way has been helpful.

Excellent resource for anyone studying for the NASM CPT exam - or even for people wishing to gain knowledge in this field.
This audiobook contains packed and detailed information on physiology, biology and nutrition. There is also a memory tip provided at the end of each chapter (for me this was definitely a +).

I found this book very helpful. It has comprehensive content, covering all aspects that a future personal trainer needs to know in order to take their NASM test.
I like who straight to the point the writing is. If you don’t like evasive books that feel endless and you can’t tell what is really relevant, this is the right study guide for you. The book also has practical training and useful study methods tips.
Highly recommended!

Such a useful study tool!
This audiobook is perfect to help you study. We all have a million commitments, so playing this in the car or on tori phone when you're on the go is such a smart way to get extra study time in. It's also expertly put together: all the info you need and easy to understand. Great narration too. Would recommend!
