positiveness, feeling blessed, energized

A Joy To Listen To

I greatly enjoyed listening to the affirmations provided in this audio book. They covered a wide range of topics, and I can definitely see myself using them in the future. The author also did an amazing job at giving good advice on how to create my own affirmations. This book greatly emphasized taking accountability for your goals. Something I strongly believe in. This book works as a great guide on goal setting with the help of affirmations.

Great book

This is a great affirmations book. It takes you through what affirmations are, how to use them and all their benefits.
I particularly liked the bit about neuroplasticity, which is about how our brains can be trained to be rewired to align with our hopes and dreams

Daily Affirmations make live better

I am strong, I am brave, I am powerful, I am confident. I am happy.
when you are happy and feeling good. you will do great.
and that is what this book is about, morning confirmations help you to get through the day productively.
nighttime, before-bed confirmations help you to finish the day strong.
I am used to doing morning affirmations, but I realize nighttime affirmations are great too. :)

Great book

These are series of affirmations designed to uplift you and repeat daily in your life, along with brief explanations of them to make them easier for your subconscious to understand and accept. Not only that but she gives you a map that walks you right through the process! The strategies used in affirmations are considered powerful and successful because repeating and believing them is like applying unknown experience to bring it closer to yours. Will recommend!!!
