Skills for athletes to learn and improve from
Mental Toughness for Young Athletes is a positive, affirmational audiobook designed for young athletes, but probably beneficial for just about everyone. As the author says, as kids and teens learn and become more polished and practiced athletically, the mental side of the game and sports is usually the last to develop. In different chapters, the author covers important topics including relationships, trauma and emotions. I loved the chapter on toxic patterns and how to avoid and overcome them. Great information for young teens and especially any of them in athletics or sports.
