Good

It's been a useful audiobook for me, and I've needed to start focusing on my memory. I listened more than once and have been paying attention to my recall. Memory recall seems to be improving, which I'm very happy about.

I like it for memory

Helps with retention. Helps with memory recall. I've used it multiple times and it's an easy, quick way to train the mind for better memory.

Good for Memory Recall

Nice way to become more aware of the process of your memory. Have everything in your phone all the time I think takes away, or chips away at your memory. You never have to remember anything! I like the challenge and mental exercise of remembering things again. Strengthens that muscle.
