A must have
The love yourself now is packed with love and positive affirmations to unlock unlimited self-development using foolproof strategies to challenge negative, unhelpful thoughts. It made you aware of your feelings and emotions and give them validation. I mostly liked the very unusual affirmations that you wont find anywhere else. It made me smile on my way to work and improved my mood. Sometimes the work to healing start in the subconscious and the affirmations found in this book, did just that. A must have!!!

A Great Guided Meditation!
Great guided meditation book to help with confidence, Lillian Lockhart divides the chapters between confidence and affirmations. The second part has background music which I found to be pleasant. I often listen to this book in the morning before I start my day or as background as I’m working. I also like the narrator’s voice. It’s very calming and soothing. So, if you listen to guided meditation, this is a good one for people seeking one that helps with confidence.

Lovely meditation for self-confidence
The author and narrator did a great job of bringing to life an experience that will not only soothe your chaotic day, but boost your self-awareness by affirming your self-confidence.
