So much info about Intermittent Fasting!
I never realized how many different Intermittent Fasting plans existed. This book makes Intermittent Fasting a possibility instead of a scary proposition. There is so much information in this book! As mentioned in the book, it's a good idea to check with your doctor before proceeding. I have been on several juice fasts which were amazing. I can only imagine how effective intermittent fasting will be in comparison. The narrator was easy to listen to as well. Many thanks to Violet May and Dr. Michelle Carabache!

All In One Resource!
It is pretty frustrating to search the internet and other recourses to figure out the best ways to intermittently fast. There are so many things out there that it can become confusing and overwhelming.
This book took everything you need to know and organized it neatly in an easy-to-follow and understand way. This is an all-in-one resource for intermittent fasting. I would definitely recommend it! I also love the recipes.

Intermittent fasting alone is one of the best ways to lose weight and be healthier overall. I really enjoyed this book because It didn't just cover intermittent fasting. It comes with exercise tips and recipes. If you combine them, you are guaranteed success. Highly recommend.

Finally - a way to combat menopause belly!
I can't believe how much my body changed after menopause and I wasn't feeling comfortable in my body, so I decided I needed to take things into my own hands. One of the first things I did was listen to this book so I would know who to do intermittant fasting for my age group and gender. I love that about this book because one size does not fit all, and I don't trust other fasting books that are for "everyone" because I can tell you that hormones are different and game changers when it comes to weight management after the age of 50. I'd highly recommend this book for any woman wanting to look and feel better after the age of 50!

Intermittent fasting has so much potential!
So many people jump on the bandwagon without having a real understanding of how to fast intermittently properly. This book is a comprehensive guide with guidance on the right cycles to choose and exercises to match. I like the chapter on snacks which for me personally is a struggle. I have fasted before but, I wasn't eating correctly or getting enough electrolytes to sustain myself and I made myself quite ill. So I am very thankful for the author's wealth of knowledge. Even if you have tried fasting before like me, the tips and advice in this book are invaluable and needs to be listened to! & the questions section at the end of the book was an added bonus too! Great listen!

Great book.. I learned so much from this book. So many takeaways that I would recommend this book, especially if you want to learn about intermittent fasting! I am the kind of person who loves to learn and being a nurse this is an excellent resource to call upon. It gives great information and some fantastic recipes to develop a healthier diet. Powerful personal tool
Understandable explanations of intermittent fasting are provided in this audiobook. I would advise anybody interested in learning more about IF to listen to this audiobook, even if it is aimed toward "older women." It makes a great first audiobook to listen to and an excellent resource if you decide to try IF on your own. The bonus is the recipes at the end which you can also refer to with the complimentary attached pdf version of the audiobook. I have a long way to go to get healthy but am happy that I started with this audiobook. Deffo recommend!

Great alternative to traditional dieting
I picked this audiobook up for my mother who was looking for a way to get in better shape and live a healthier, more active lifestyle without going down the traditional dieting route of just “eating less”.
The recipes included in the end are great because that kept her from needing to go online and start the search process all over again. You can get started immediately planning meals!
The narrator's voice is perfect for this as well because she sounds more like a knowledgeable, trusted friend helping you through your improved health journey.

I like examples in this book, for example, how women treat body and concern healths. Biological debt idea that need to paid later, give us warning about living healthy in future…. fix and eat properly now then no need to reply on hospital and medical care
