It feels like it is working. The difference is in my attitude about my body - which seems to have shifted in a way I cannot describe. I don't know how or why I feel more relaxed and at peace about my weight loss goals... but I feel like I can actually get to the weight I desire. It's a great change from my usual pessimism about my body!!

I have been loosing weight.
I believe that it is working as food temptations are easily brushed from my mind and I feel good about it.
The narrator does not read sentences with the correct intonation and runs sentences together. But I don't think that my subconscious cares.

It is working for me - An overall enjoyable audio
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I already have recommended this audio. 2 of my friends are in the same boat as me, trying to lose weight. Everything starts with the mind, this is a great way to quickly set the right mentality about weight loss and get motivated.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked the narration and the relaxing feeling I got while listening. It was a great break from the day, and even helped me unwind while I focused on losing weight.
Which scene was your favorite?
Some of the insight from the hypnosis struck a cord with me. It's wisdom I already knew, but hadn't heard in a long time. I guess I don't talk about my struggle with weight with anyone, so I never get a chance to hear good advice. These suggestions came at a much needed time for me.
What did you learn from Lose Weight Fast that you would use in your daily life?
I am trying to rewire myself to be more healthy for the rest of my life. So far, so good now. I am slowly starting to change the way I think about food and exercise.
Any additional comments?
I enjoyed this hypnosis session. Have listened to it only twice so far, but will continue to listen whenever I feel my motivation to stay healthy slipping.

Breathy Over the Top Grossness
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Whom ever enjoys an OVERLY breathy voice

The Narrator will make you cringe
What would have made Lose Weight Fast better?
A better narrator! The narrator's voice is completely annoying that I was only able to listen to 15 minutes of this audio. She sounds like she is trying to seduce me, rather than hypnotize me.
What didn’t you like about Elizabeth Green’s performance?
She talked in a slow seductive voice. It was annoying.
