The narrator's voice is very soothing - perfect for guided meditation sessions & relaxation. I play it whenever I have trouble relaxing. Between Mr. Huffman's voice, the ocean sounds & the music, I fall asleep before the book is done.Relaxing & restful

What did you love best about Guided Meditation Sleep Session?
I loved how easily I was able to fall asleep, with relatively little effort. The session was slow, soothing and exactly what I need to get to sleep. I have tried other products before without much success. For me, this type of session has made the difference between tossing and turning or getting the sleep I need.What about Alex Q. Huffman’s performance did you like?
The performance was calming, and the narrator's voice was quite relaxing to listen to.Any additional comments?
This audiobook does exactly what it says it is going to do - it gets you to sleep and keeps you in that state until you are ready to wake up. However, you do need to wear earphones to bed if you want to fall asleep right away. I can see this being an issue, though I choose that over not sleeping well.Relaxing and Helpful for Getting to Sleep Fast
