Well that was interesting. In a good way, also in a weird way. My friend was telling me about this experience and I was wondering what would come up for me if I tried this program. A lot. But it wasn't scary like I thought it would be. It was more like, Oh, that feels oddly familiar and intriguing and I want to know more. Definitely something to do more than once.

This is a new thing for me to practice, but I am glad I'm getting into it. I've been learning a lot about myself through doing this hypnosis. The style is great for beginners like me. I'm enjoying it and use it often.

There is only 30 minutes of directed meditation and I felt as soon as I was making progress, the audio pulled you out of meditation. The rest of the time of this audio book is just music & sounds. I wouldn’t recommend this audiobook.
