Great prompts to help you get clear!
I really loved these journaling prompts because they helped me really get clear on who I really am, what truly matters to me, and what I want my life purpose to be. For way too many years I was rushing through life thinking that I knew all of these things but then I decided to dig deeper and get more clear. This audiobook helped me do just that and I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to live a more meaningful life.

Take the time to self reflect!
This self reflection journal does a really good job of asking questions that truly make you think. Self reflection is something many people don’t do or refuse to do bc when you self reflect that may mean, as a person, you have room for growth. Everyone should take the time for self reflection. It’s super important.

Really recommend this book
This audiobook displays all the benefits of journaling with awesome background music. Various questions posed create reflections that can possibly lead to self-awareness and discovery. It can be a form of help for anyone finding it difficult to utilize journaling. I do recommend this book.

Daily Self-Reflection Prompts
There are a lot of thoughtful questions in this self-reflection audiobook. The simple act of self-reflection is something that a lot of individuals either struggle with or simply refuse to do because it puts you in a position of vulnerability and discomfort. But it is in these moments when you are pushed outside of your comfort zone that you grow the most. I love being able to listen to 1 or 2 prompts each day and reflect on what it means to me. A great daily exercise for anybody wanting to get deeper into understanding themselves and their purpose.

Great journal prompts!
Really enjoyed listening to this guided journal prompts so far. I've been listening to it in the morning to start my day and it really helped me appreciate my life and self reflect. I've been focusing on improving my mental health this year so this audiobook was perfect for me. Also really liked how I can just listen to it anywhere and write down my thoughts. Highly recommend!

Self-care through self-reflection
What thought provoking prompts! If you are stuck in life and are trying to figure things out, I recommend this audio book. Through journaling, you will discover much about yourself. There's a lot of unnecessary noise in our lives and when we ask ourselves such questions as included in this book, we are able to unpack and prioritize what is important. Give it a go and finally figure out what changes you could make for a happier future!

Sort Your Life Out
I've done journaling before, but I love these prompts. They really get you thinking about patterns and feelings you don't normally consider. We're all so busy with our daily lives. These journal prompts are fantastic for digging up what's at the root of everything going on in your life. I definitely recommend it!
