I'm a Silva ESP graduate and use the Centering Exercise, as well as several Silva techniques daily. I very much appreciate the repackaged release of this material. It's authentic, clarifying, and comprehensive for both new practitioners and veterans alike.

As stated by another reviewer; of course, it's the same material—as it should be! If a person bought a newly printed copy of Alice in Wonderland or the Art of War, and complained that the books hadn't changed, would that make any sense at all? No, because what was written—was written. Every one of the ESP (audio) books and courses have the same information, and always have. I think it's common knowledge that humans require repetition, upon repetition, upon repetition before "we get it." The Centering Exercise and techniques are of absolute simplicity, but people still complicate them because the practice requires time, energy, and commitment. This is why the instructor's commentary, anecdotes, and examples exist. Love Ed, he's the best instructor, 2nd only to Mr. SIlva himself!

And FYI, this course is marketed as having remained unchanged from Mr. Silva's original research and coursework. So, bravo! I'm happy it has not been altered because the method still works the same as it did 20+ years ago. No revamping, no bells, no whistles, or special effects needed. Mr. Silva developed the most simplistic yet amazing life tools that work FOR ALL TIME.

I took the Silva Ultra Mind course on MindValley last year and I was very impressed with my results. However Ed Burns’ delivery felt new and I was able to connect with the content on a deeper level. As a Christian, it was also helpful to learn how Jose Silva’s religious understanding guided the development and application of his system. Would absolutely recommend even if you’ve gone through the program before.

I really enjoyed this course each morning. I started the book in January 2024 and stopped until November 2024 and finished it. I enjoyed it much more the second time. I liked all the lessons and it was great. I liked the relaxing/conditioning cycles. It was really useful to help relax throughout the day. I tried all the techniques and I encourage you to do the same. Give it a try and see what happens for you.

I can’t stand the narrators tone of voice, the words he uses and how he speaks to the readers. If I could figure out how to return this book, I would. I was so excited to try the hypnosis, but the narrator is so condescending in how he talks, I can’t even listen to him - all I feel is annoyed with this book, there’s no relaxing happening. It’s starting my days off irritated instead of relaxed, and I couldn’t be more disappointed with this selection. The only reason it even gets 2 stars is because Jose comes on sometimes, and he’s not terrible.

All in all, this book is NOT worth the money, save it for something that will actually relax and calm the mind.
