Good Summary of EDS

This book was a quick book to get through. Easy to understand and good explanations of topics. I do feel like it is more like a basic guide, but definitely a good start to understanding EDS. I would Recommend.

Well done, definitely recommended

Overall great input based on author’s personal research of EDS and associated issues. Well written and easy to listen to, I’d say almost enjoyable, but the subject matter kinda dampens the joy of listening. Absolutely recommend the read, quick and informative! Nicely done sir!

Very Informative & Easy Listening!!

The Nararator has a nice calm voice. I have Chronic Lyme Disease, Bartonella, Babesia, and undiagnosed hEDS. This book helped me learn what to look for, what to ask the doctor & verified that I definitely need to get tested for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. What I love about Audible is that the books are read aloud to me. Since I am sick it's hard for me to read and retain information. This way I can listen and re-listen as much as I like!!! Thank you Amazon & Thank you Audible!!

Awesome information

This was a great synopsis of EDS & the common issues relating to it. If you have a hypermobility disorder, this hour long book is a great source of information.

Most informative

Good pace, great detailed information and much appreciated dialogue about some thing that you don’t hear about too often until it becomes personal.

A great book

An odd disease that likely afflicts a great majority of the western populous. Great read!

Not that great

“Much of this book is speculative rather than proven” The author states. Why would I buy a book that talks about scientific matters when things are not proven? Not only that I was looking for more personal stories of those that have Ehlers-Danlos. The book is extremely short. Though I did learn new things, I don’t think it was worth my money.

Loses credit with misinformation

It started out well, but loses credit with things like, 'take what I say with a grain of salt' ' type 3 is most dangerous as it deals with heart and vessels' ??? That would be type 4- vascular type. Type 3 is hypermobility type.
Stopped listening after this point. Very disappointed. Certainly did not help me understand anything. Fb support groups and my own research has been far more helpful.
