Peter does an excellent job of helping the reader understand the effects of intermittent fasting. He goes over the different types of IF and makes suggestions on how best to approach. Overall a great intro to fasting lifestyle guide and easy for any Listener to understand.

Scratches the Surface
Decently narrated, the dude's voice wasn't bad and he was more engaged than a lot of narrators. The information, despite it being on point, hardly scratches the surface. I know with how short it is not to expect an in depth analysis and review of IF but if you found this audiobook interesting dig further in your research. I would use this simply as an attention getter for anyone considering the fasting lifestyle.

Excellent book for Intermittent Fasting.
Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well.
