concise but could use more fluff
Really enjoyed the to the point attitude of the book. The book genuinely goes over 17 tips for managing virtual times but I would have like to see more stories or examples of these tips helped a situation.

Quick. To the point.
This has to be one of the best non-fluff books I’ve ever read. Direct points. Even covered some of the tonality and when to use intentional silence when talking. This really covered all the points. Some obvious, some not so obvious. Well worth the hour listen.
