Publisher's summary

Mr. Darcy encounters Elizabeth a year before their meeting at Netherfield. They begin a friendship that very soon develops into a romance. Due to an unexpected circumstance, Mr. Darcy hides his true identity and hopes he'll be able to explain to Elizabeth who he truly is in the future. Sadly, he has an unfortunate accident that makes him lose his memories of that year.

When Elizabeth reencounters her love, she realizes he isn't the man she admired and cannot help but feel an intense betrayal. For his part, Mr. Darcy cannot rationalize his attraction towards her, as he is certain that they had only just met.

Great story

I think Miranda Flan does a good job with the story, I really enjoyed it and always look forward to see what is going to happen. My only complaint is the editing like all the other books, this one is also in great need of an editor. English is my second language so there are a lot of things that would escape my noticing but thing like “ she was devastated and sad” “he looked miserable and sad” there are too repetitive and at some point I started counting how many times “sad” was repeated. The stories are different and I think have great potential, they only need a good editor and probably a great narrator.
