How to practice empathy,... be more empathetic!

This was an extremely frustrating listen. This book came across more like a dictionary, explaining what terms mean. There are parts that literally say, you can understand someone more, by using empathy (paraphrasing). Very little examples and does not go in depth on how to apply what you didnt learn, regarding empathy. I said didnt learn because this didnt teach anything. I'd give 1 star, but I didn't because I'm trying to be empathetic towards the author's feelings. Although i still could be using empathy incorrectly lol. wtvr!
