Inspired to eat more plant-based meals

Easy and Affordable International Recipes

Have Fun and Get Healthy!
This book was so much fun! My kids and I loved the stories and cooking the various recipes together. There are so many choices. Have you wanted to make Indian food but thought it was too difficult? Well, this book makes it all easy to do. You'll love learning about the world's recipes through this plant based cookbook. It was just the perfect recipe book for us because we love trying different recipes and the tips and directions, etc, are so clear. They were just clear and easy to follow the directions. We try to make a new recipe every week and this will be our new go to book! I also loved that it comes with the PDF so that we were able to get started cooking immediately. I definitely recommend this (healthy and delicious!) cookbook to anyone who wants to make new and interesting (and tasty) recipes!!

New Favorite Cookbook!
While I've always been interested in vegan cooking, it seemed overwhelming and expensive until I listened to this audiobook, which proved me wrong, thankfully! Now I feel ready to implement this lifestyle change without breaking the bank. Loved the recipes from other cultures, especially the Irish ones, which is my heritage. Wonderful Audiobook for Plant-Based Diets
I am such a huge fan of plant-based diets so naturally I was super excited when I found this amazing cookbook. This audio book is amazing and gave me so many fantastic new recipe ideas that my entire family loves! And, you even get a free PDF you can download and print to have on hand that makes things much easier when preparing food, Amazing bonus!! I really loved that not only does this book provide you with phenomenal recipe ideas, but it also provides tips and tricks for making it all happen on a tight budget in Chapter 5! You have to love that!!! I recommend that everyone pick up this book, and start living a new and healthier version of you!
