This book was super helpful when it came to teas and their healing properties which was something I was very interested in learning more about. The chapter on using herbs for weight loss was excellent, and something I haven't come across in any other herbal audiobooks. I also found the information on what soothes the stomach incredibly helpful. I already tried some of the recipes and other suggestions found in this book and they really helped. Listening to this book and using what I learned was well worth my time!
The narrator did a great job bringing the book to life in a way that helped make it even more interesting and easy to absorb all the knowledge. Plus, the audiobook purchase includes a free PDF download of the whole book, which is perfect for visual learners, or those of us who like to print things out, make notes and highlight. And it's great to see the recipes in front of you!

Plethora of herbal knowledge
This is a great fundamental guide on herbal medicine and medicinal plants, covering so many aspects, of plant uses, ailments you can alleviate using medicinal plants as well as many recipes that are accessible and easy to make. Great information!
I am a huge fan of natural medicine and truly believe it is essential for long-term health maintenance. Coming from an Asian country, I am accustomed to seeing doctors and receiving prescriptions for Chinese herbal medicine. I generally prefer using herbal remedies and only resort to pills when it's urgent and an immediate effect is needed. However, the herbs used in my culture and those in Western culture can be quite different. I appreciate books that list and explain herbs clearly and comprehensively.

This is a great book about herbal remedies. I was impressed with how many detailed recipes there were. I liked that along with the recipes the author talked about what they help with and their benefit.
If you are someone that struggles with psi or illness and you want to try a more natural route then this book is for you! It had a lot of research and ideas so it’s simple for you to follow.
