Easy to Understand, Interesting and Informative
Downloaded this Audiobook recently after my 48th birthday and was searching for "how to live forever" - this may not give me the secret's to living forever however it is a great start and I was able to gather several scientific "hacks" for prolonging life that interestingly enough are being studied right now!!! Amazing..... Also, the narrator was great - I listen while commuting in NYC which may be why I need some ideas to slow the aging process as well!!!! Not a long read ( or listen ) but perfect for a weeks commute. Would highly recommend!.

Wow. Plenty of great informations
Great book with a very comprensive guide on all the new researches on the topic with also many practical things to do immediately. I will keep on eye on theme from now on since they seem very prepared... I look forward on the next book hoping will be a topic equally interesting and practical
