Publisher's summary
As I was going through my season of healing, I was divinely inspired to notate my experience as God transformed my life. At that moment, I didn’t realize that God was creating a book through me.
Too often I speak with women who are silently struggling with emotional trauma, depression, and stagnancy in life overall. We’ve all been there, and that’s why I strongly believe that every woman needs to listen to this book at least once in their lifetime.
My team and I have the solution here....
This amazing book is the absolute golden nugget for women who are tired of feeling stuck and numb. This book is for the women who are ready to level up and realign with the best versions of themselves. This book will provide the steps for you to not only get over your ex but the tools to operate with happiness and purpose in your single season.

Andrea Owen—a nationally sought-after life coach—crystallizes what’s behind several invisible, undermining habits, from catastrophizing and people-pleasing to listening to the imposter complex or to one’s inner critic. Powerfully on the mark, the chapters are short and digestible, nicely bypassing weighty examinations in favor of punch points of awareness.

What is the meantime? According to author and inspirational speaker Iyanla Vanzant, being in the "meantime" means being in a state of limbo. Rather than wallow in confusion, Vanzant encourages you to use the meantime to prepare yourself for true love. The first order of business is to clean house. Room by room, Vanzant takes you through a metaphorical cleaning of the soul. This way, when love finally comes knocking on the front door, you'll have a clean house to welcome it into.

We know our lives should reflect Jesus. But if we’re being honest, there are days when we face tough, confusing things that can make us feel, well, not like Jesus. As our culture moves further from truth and grace, Christians are unsure of where to turn for sound biblical advice that applies to their everyday struggles. If you’ve ever felt this way or wished someone would talk about things like forgiveness, mental health, broken friendships, church hurt, and more in honest, down-to-earth terms while sticking to what Scripture has to say about them, you’ve come to the right place.

Story
A typical prayer goes something like this: "Please help us find the money to pay our mortgage this month." Saying the prayer may help you feel like the burden of that month's mortgage has been lifted, but the part of you that feeds on fear will simply seek out new financial worries to keep you awake at night. Old patterns remain intact.
In contrast, asking, "Please heal my fear-based thoughts about our mortgage" lifts the burden and relieves the need to re-create that fear and hold onto it.

If you need healing advice, read this book
If I’m not dead, then I’m not done.
This phrase stood out to me the most, and it will be something I’m going to be repeating to myself every time I feel like crashing down. I really applaud the author, for she was able to take her life experiences and turn in it a healing process. This a great book for those going the same thing and looking for a breakthrough.

Keeps it honest and real!
If you’re looking for a way to get over the heartbreak of getting out of a relationship. THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU! This book uncovers a lot of layers in your mind which will help you to examine yourself and your pain in a healthy way. The author tells you stuff that you NEED to hear, by being super honest, realistic, and vulnerable. This book is a step (it’s really 7 steps) in the right direction towards healing and realizing your true identity/value as a women in Christ. I really loved this book and it definitely added value to my life that I will take with me forever. 10/10 recommend
