Awesome!

There is power in the spoken word and taken to another level through visualization. Daily affirmations are effective and this listen is an awesome intro to putting it into practice.

People need to listen to this

I truly truly love & believe in this whole concept! it's something I've always strived to do h didnt even realize it. Now I really want to take the EQ test. I want my husband to read it now, my kids to be taught this (more intentionally) and it's even a great sort of "training" to implement at work! So glad I came across this. Heard of it at a networking event, where the entire occasion was revolved around this thought and downloaded it.. so happy I did!! Offer it.. peruse it and more than anything »» APPLY IT !! ««

Surprised this works!

At first listen this audio seemed awkward but I listened through the whole guided meditation. I was amazed how calm and relaxed I felt. Situations that normally annoy me were not a big deal and I was able to brush off! I’m so grateful I found this and it’s only 30 minutes Hope this helps

Combat the thoughts in your mind!

If a belief is a thought you have had over and over, combat the negative daily self talk to positive self talk about is wanted instead of what you don’t (like humans tend to do) with this audio. I say it out loud and I can feel the shift in positive emotions and energy quickly. This is what we all should be thinking on a daily basis.

Wasn't ready

Honestly, I didn't read the entire title. I planned on playing this for background noise while at work. Definitely worth the download and listen. Thanks, George Nathan and Robert Gazy for an excellent listening experience! It was so great, I've been on Audible faithfully for months and this is my first review!

A List

The narrator is just reading a list I affirmations. If you’re looking for insight on how to become more emotionally intelligent, this isn’t the book for you. However if your looking for something to remind you to be emotionally intelligent, this may help.
