About this listen

The purpose of this audiobook is to examine the relationship between the protein you eat and your ability to build muscle. In other words, I am trying to answer the question, “Can nutrition - specifically the amount of protein you eat - help you build muscle?” Once this question has been properly examined, we will then break it down into two more direct questions - “Can the amount of protein you eat help build more muscle?” and “Can the amount of protein you eat help you build muscle faster?” After all, this is really what we want: more muscle faster!

Essential reading

This book is definitely essential reading for anyone who is even moderately interested in exercise. I read his other book on fasting and it was outstanding. I really appreciate the authors search for accuracy in finding the truth. I’ve read a number of nutrition books and this was one of the best.

no end game to technical

well there's tons and tons and tons of technical information there is no end game there's no direct conclusive way of telling us whether or not you should eat a certain amount of protein or any other chemicals to help you grow muscle and also not very helpful with people who are type 2 diabetic
