Eating habits affect people in many ways. Throughout this book, you will learn how bad habits can affect our health as well as the negative effects that accompany emotional and binge eating. Emotional and binge eating are very common, but that doesn’t mean we can’t control these problems in order to start living a healthier life. A lot of people try to fix their personal problems with food. The more often we do this, our brain will begin to identify eating as the only solution, and that’s why, we need to get rid of bad eating habits.
