What I like about author’s approach is that he provides the listeners the tools to get started on forming new habits little by little. This is the best audible that I have seen.

The audio-book starts with a great descriptions and examples where each reason laid out by the author for us. Next who the audible is for and what to expect are comprised, and many more, highly recommended.

A Strategic Approach, from the author.

There are numerous carryout from this audiobook including practice thankfulness, have a close list of speech marks, mantras, and assertions ready to exercise, and serve others. But best of all, there are simple exercises to practice on a daily basis, a top book, highly recommended.

Excellent additiion to my big library.

This book is helpful to understand what stress is all about. The author sets goals to manage this cruel situation. While this all sounds easy, clearly there is a lot of work needed on a daily basis to make this a reality.

The author has philosophical approach in the audiobook interlocks with mine. The author is obviously not a fan of anyone, but his research is fabulous.

Great advice from the author.

I am feeling stress at work so when I searched this title it certainly grew my attention. This audible one definitely has great advice. A try is must if you are under stress.

Great ideas on how to break bad habits

I can't recommend this enough, As someone who have a habit of to stress a lot this is a decent stuff, it assisted me identify my problems and behaviors that would lead to stress and means in which to manage it.
