as far as I understand, this is the digitized version of a 1988 cassette: references to then current events and the muzak between segments seem to prove it.
This said, the product IS solid and recommended.
The advice makes sense and the suggested reflections are priceless.
Furthermore, Kuhn IS a gifted speaker.

a little gem from 1988

pretty good if deal making is your kinda thing. the book focuses on big money deals, not the everyday deals for average people. although the concept is the same regardless of size of the deals, it's way over complicated for most deals. a lot of it is common sense, and it's boring to listen to over analyzing common sense

good book if you're into deal making
