People manipulate all the time, even when they don’t realize it. But the trick is to notice it when it’s happening. There are some common myths about it, though, so we’ll debunk those first in this book. Next, we’ll go into the best ways to spot manipulators, how to outsmart them, and how to see through the hidden signs of aggression. Other topics like neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and social media manipulation will be addressed, too.

Unfortunately, the full extent of what narcissistic abuse entails is not taught in any psychology class or diagnostic manual.

Energy vampires exist all around us, and some of them might be less apparent than others. Taking the form of family members, close friends, and trusted coworkers, these people can effectively hide their true form and fool you into maintaining them in your life. However, just like those ever-popular Hollywood vampires, real-life energy vampires can only enter if you invite them in. If you can figure out how to spot them in your life, you can cut them out, shut the door, and limit your interactions with them so that you won’t have to suffer their toxicity.

Can't complain
I can't complain about this, because it contains so much that there is at least something for any person. I personally liked the cults, the abuse and the scam information (not the fact that those things exist of course). I think the author really went out of her way to put all these topics together. They all help us realize what is going on behind the screens of the human cerebrum.

Interesting
This book delivered what it said it would. The topics are summarized in the description on the sales page. So if you want to learn more about cults, scams, and manipulation or abuse, this is it. You can learn a lot just in 10 hours.

Very good
Very good content. 10 hours is more than enough for me. I was impressed by the narrator, as well as the information there. Yeah, what else can I say about it? I mean, the topics are lined up in the descriptions (with or without bullet point, I forgot). So if you're interested, just know that I'm recommending it. And that's all there is to it.

Not bad at all
Very nice book. I liked the length, but of course, length isn't just everything. I also though the narration was very professional, which was the most important aspect, aside from the topic of dark psychology, something I was intrigued by.
