Short, but practical, yet very informative
Tommy Angelo has written a book about a topic which may extend beyond boundries, yet he did not exaggerate any of it. Less is more is what he did quite eloquently, and he read with his own voice, which is very soothing and relaxing. You can medidate just by listening his voice. He simplified his years worth of works in a very compact, yet in a very informative way without sacrificing from the value. What is more value of this book is the fact that Mr.Angelo is a poker professional, who also wrote several books on how to play Texas Hold’em. His first book I’ve listened was “The Elements of Poker” and I truly enjoyed it. I was more impressed by the fact that he read it himself. Then I listened several podcasts of him, where he discussed about this book. So, I bought the audible version of it and listened from cover to cover without any drop of attention in any part. Anyone who wants to understans about mindfullness should read this book, because this is the most compact version on the topic.
