About this listen

The continent is in chaos as one world-shaking event after another continues to rattle the foundations that the people have lived with for centuries. The flames of all-out war threaten everyone, and few people seem to want to stop it. Louella and Regan work tirelessly to protect their own slice of home from forces that want to bring ruin to everything around them.

As secrets and truths come to light, will Regan's intellect and Louella's compassion be enough to lead their people through the troubled time?

Yet another great book by this author

it's very interesting and keeps the listener invested in the story line with new nuggets of information to make relistening and rereading the book satisfying to understand the story better and fuller.

Godhood?

Quite a bit is happening and new characters are being introduced. It's getting very interesting cause the necromancers are getting dealt with but at the same time, new and greater threats are emerging from long-forgotten places.

Bigger and bigger

It seems every book greatly expands the scope of growth and advancement with the dungeon and new kingdom. I wonder if every book will continue to lean so heavily on forward growth or slow and focus more on character development and relationships. I wouldn’t consider this series a top shelf offering as it’s a little too surface level with characters and world building. That being said, the overall premise is very interesting and has kept me listening.

Zero to 60, not a race!

I Loved it!!
Great progression, Great plot, and consistent characters!
However it seems the the Authors skimmed out The Details . I'm on the edge of my seat and you all decided that all I need or get to hear about are The Highlights! Just saying 'for all the (unclarified) effort I put into it, it very well could be "God-Metal!" On what planet do nerds returning fans want LESSER DETAILS! Last I checked (in the last book) Regan was an O.P. Scientist, not braggart handed success?
The book could have been 40% longer, in my opinion.
Also, Puppet was the only one who might have truly died, cuz Father forgot about them... for realz?

Need more

Very good story are so far the narrator has a slight drone in the voice. However it works for a lot of the characters.
