Amazing Boxing Audiobook!
I love boxing. I have been practicing this sport for years. I love learning more like watching a boxing match on TV.
Empowered. Get in shape by training your muscles. The book has everything for a beginner to be able to become independent on the training bag. I liked the chapter on combinations. I love to hit the bag. After listening to the 2 audiobooks, practice the pads with a trainer. You will feel confident to get in the ring for sparing. I recommend it and recommend the author's 2 books.

A must read for boxers!
I have never boxed before but its been in the back of my mind to do it as a hobby. I was very impressed about this book because is comprehensive and simple to read. If you want to pursue boxing as a career or as a hobby this is a must have, it covers it all. I like the techniques and tips given. I loved that the ebook is included as well. Good job to the author.

Informative and Motivating
As a boxer & kickboxer this book was a pleasant reminder of the amazing aspects of combat sports.
Andrew was able to verbally illustrate different boxing combinations, footwork, and more. The attached PDF guide is a nice touch when you want to review something visually.
I was able to finish this book in only a few days time, I wish it was a bit longer. Andrew touched a bit in “mindset” but I felt as if this could have been a few chapters of its own.
Overall I was happy with this book. My ONLY gripe would be the narration. It felt a little stale at times and I would find myself zoning out because of the monotony.
Still a great listen however, perfect for those who want to dive deeper into the aspects of boxing.

Functionally Transferrable Training/Guidance
I purchased the first part as I was looking to hone my boxing skills during COVID, and found myself progressing faster than I anticipated. After part 1 I found myself wanting to practice my skills with a partner, ideally in a sparring environment but wasn't totally sure how to prepare for those conditions without a personal trainer. Part two completely filled in the blanks, it lays out methods of training and how to approach sparring in the ring, so that when you are ready to go you are physically and mentally prepared.
The narrator again is super easy to follow, and the techniques and lessons are broken down so that anyone could easily follow the system. Would recommend for anyone who is looking to take their boxing skills to the next level, or who has prior training but hasn't had the opportunity to expand their skills since COVID.

THE series for boxers!
I have the part one of this series so, naturally, I got the part 2 and it did not disappoint! Part 1 covered the basics very very well and it is simple to follow along with but Part 2 takes it to another level! The content here expands on the basics by giving you more ways to improve on your offensive and defensive technique that includes your footwork and stances. It covers a variety of effective drills while working on your mindset to solidify your fundamentals. The narration delivered the material well, making it simple to absorb the information. This book is a knockout series! 5 stars!

Champ in the making!
This book is no joke! For real!! I downloaded this book for giggles. All who know me know I am the least sporty person. I find them not fun; heck, the last time I tried something, I hurt my knee and was out of commission for months. At my job, I noticed that two of the staff would always go out to exercise after work, and I just wondered what it was they did. Boxing! My first reaction was, “not for me.”
One of them smiled and asked if I had audible, that he would recommend an excellent listening book, and to make sure to get the part two, “from chump to champ.”
What a big surprise! This book has sold me on taking up boxing. Just the thought of how incredibly in shape I intend to get. This book also helps you get in the mindset to follow through. This book is an absolute read. It is so well narrated. I find myself going through it multiple times because I enjoy it that much. I highly highly recommend this book.

Very Detailed Information
I was surprised at the detailed information given . As a person that was bullied, I appreciate him dealing with everything from “Being Calm” to breaking down the way each punch should be thrown.. and with images to illustrate. This book is about helping create confidence which I enjoyed.

Having had experience in this area. I found this book informative, instructive, and helpful in the fine art of boxing. Each chapter gives more in-depth knowledge in the right mindset, exercising, and sparring to become great at self-defending yourself. This would be a great book for anyone of all ages.

Let's go!
I have boxed for a little bit now. Great source of exercise. But I wanted to take it to the next level, and after reading part one of this series, I knew I had to get part two! Lots of actionable exercises and material to help you take your skills even higher. Great book!
