During this episode, the correspondent selects a few persons he believes have said or done anything deserving of his arrogant scorn. Numerous mental health experts may have used the term "worst patients on the planet" to describe persons with borderline personality disorder (BPD) not long ago.
No one understood which therapies were effective for patients with BPD until now. Additionally, persons with BPD are very difficult to treat since they often direct their wrath toward themselves, their loved ones, society, and sometimes even their physicians and counselors. Borderline fury may strike at any moment and in any place. Psychologists want to aid and shield their patients, but persons with BPD are difficult to keep safe and regularly thwart counselors' attempts. Around 75 percent of persons with BPD harm themselves somehow, and one out of every 10 attempts suicide.

A glimmer of hope for those with BPD
Fortunately, I read this book, which gave me hope that I could actually learn how to deal with BPD. In contrast to other books that had previously only left me with a feeling of anger. Listen and read this book and then follow up with a good therapist, who specialises in this disorder; you will be amazed at the difference it makes to every aspect of your life.

Fantastic book.
It contains a lot of information, including interpersonal problems at work and social situations, depressive symptoms, anxiety, substance abuse or eating disorders. The topics are also quite technical but are well explained and treated in a more simple and understandable way.

Extremely helpful!
I found this book to be one of the most helpful of all for those struggling with BPD. It helped me validate the emotions I feel in my daily life. It explained in depth why I feel such intense emotions. It helped me combat the YES I suffer from by giving me helpful advice on how to reduce stress and face my problems head on in a way that is not self-destructive and allows me to meet my needs. This is not the cure for the disorder or a substitute for therapy, but it is a useful book overall.

If you have BPD, you will also need this book.
For those diagnosed with BPD I recommend this book by Neel which has much more useful information than anything you can find on the internet. In fact it has become a favourite of mine. It helped me understand borderline personality disorder and provided credible information to do further research, as well as many treatment options. I recommend it to anyone who has BPD or knows someone who does.

Excellent insight into BPD
The content is excellent and has given me a lot of insight into the development of BPD. The practical tips are also very helpful. There may be a bit of repetition in the content, but overall it was fine. The narration could also have flown a little better and more natural, but it was very clear.

Very insightful After listening to it several time
I gave this book to my mother to listen to so she could better understand what living with BPD means to me. She said it was very insightful and she is now more understanding of my disorder. The best book on BPD ever
So much information and so many tools to manage the challenge that BPD represents, not only for you but also for your loved one. Doesn't mean there is a magic formula, the ultimate change has to come from your loved one, but you can walk the path to healing with them.

Great self-help book
I really enjoyed listening to this well narrated and easy to understand book. Very useful for self-awareness, it can help a lot in building the courage to believe in yourself and try to get help by working on your symptoms/problems. Definitely recommend it as it is great for helping to work on oneself.
