Lots of knowledge
I was not sure what to expect for an audible book on bodybuilding. So amazed and the information in here! Lots of knowledge to more then just how to lift. Good and diet explanations, how your muscles work and are connected to you just for a few examples. This is a great book for anyone interested in fitness and learning more!
