Cool Story from a Versatile Author

This is a cool, character-driven tale about the people in Belford, New Jersey, a small town with tons of drama and family fueds. The level of detail in the characters and setting really puts you in the story. Set in 1987, it has a fun nostalgia to it as well. The narrator's dry delivery was a little weird at first but is actually perfect for reading so many different types of characters. Having only read Rosamilia's horror fiction before, I really enjoyed listening to this and hearing more of what the author has to offer.

1987 in small town Jersey

I love the fact that this is written about the 89’s! Plus it takes place in Jersey! That’s a no miss for this 80’s girl from NY. I love the character development, I love the small town feel. The ones who want to get away and the ones that will never leave.

Follow the interesting lives of everyday people

Listen along to Armand Rosamilia's Americana. These are slice of life stories of a small New Jersey fishing village. All stories are interwoven to form a big narrative of life in Belford expertly retold but the sultry voice of the narrator.
