decent book

decent book. does go into a lot of positive effects of autophagy. narration was good, cringed super hard at the gandalf analogy. gave this three stars cause I felt there could and should have been more to this book.

Which this truly is.

The book is testing, however positively I would state. There are some logical segments that were more point by point than I truly required yet absolutely I can't blame the writer for including applicable and very much inquired about extra data into a science book, which this truly is.
