wonderful for anxiety
Anxiety doesn't announce itself before it shows up, wrecking your schedule and your mindset. It can feel impossible sometimes to get out of that state of being.... like having the flu, you just have to wait for it to pass. This program is like the medicine you take to help let that flu pass just a little quicker and with less discomfort.
