Lots of recipes

Overall every chapter in this audiobook has plenty of quality advice about what causes chronic inflammation and how the anti inflammation diet works with your body. The endless recipes does start to get a little old after a while but I would still love to check out more books by these authors.

An Easy Diet Plan

This simple diet book teaches you how to clear up your palette and feel generally healthier if you suffer from an underlying medical condition. However it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out that cutting back on candy and eating more veg will mean you’ll lose weight. I would recommend this book if you want a quick primer on overall healthy eating. Yet if you are looking to build fitness or pack on muscle, then this meal plan is too light on protein to be all that effective.

Promotes a healthy relationship with food.

I love this audiobook. Get this book if you want to break the hopeless cycle of weight loss/gain by getting away from calorie counting and opting instead for clean wholesome eating.

The anti inflammatory diet is so worth it, and this audiobook is a fabulous intro to the complete plan. The authors clearly explain everything that goes into making the anti inflammation diet work for you.

If you have dietary problems that seem to trigger bouts of sluggishness out of nowhere, then this is as good a book as any to read all about how the anti-inflammation diet can help you.

Loved.

I enjoyed listening to this one (I love the narrators voice). Lots of good information about what causes chronic inflammation and how diet and exercise can help ease illness. Would listen to again.
