Great guide to get started on a morning routine
I really enjoyed this audiobook. This is one that I will listen to again and again.
The narrator's voice was very calm and the book gave great insight into the importance of creating a morning routine that will be easy for you to stick with. Just taking small steps can really help you build healthy habits.
The second half of the book gave morning meditations that I found useful also.

this is good
I am beginning to appreciate my mornings as a grow older and this book was a reminder that I am already on the right path. Ever sinceI started to pay more attention to my mornings a couple of years ago, people have noticed a calmer temperament. The Mindful chapter in this book highlights the importance of being still and focused. The narration of this book was superbly done. I was given a copy of this at my request and I am freely giving a review.

I need a miracle and I hope this can lead to it.
This will be my second time going thorough this, just so I can sit and take a few notes. The section on the sleep environment was very relevant and telling. The Meditations later on were helpful. The narrator sounded great. I really hope this helps because I have been growing ever more stressed by the day. I need a miracle and I hope this can lead to it.
