“This is not merely a subjective feeling but it’s a tangible change in how I perceive myself and how I react to my environment.”

Overall I thought this episode was well spoken, flowed well and Stuart managed to tie in both personal anecdotes and references to scientific literature seamlessly showing support of the methods Wim practices. It was kept personable and easily accessible which prevented it from feeling like a lecture. I enjoyed listening to this and it was a good refresher on cold training, controlled breathing, and their benefits mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Excellent episode

Stuart’s work inspired me to start doing cold training, and the way it has improved my life is incredible. This episode which was based on extensive scientific research and experiences of Wim Hof taught me many new facts that will help me work on further improving my mental and physical health. I’m truly grateful for this podcast and the positive effect it has on my life.
