Everyone needs to hear this
Revisado: 02-12-25
I think that in today’s world it is absolutely crucial to set boundaries and take care of our own well-being if we want to give proper support to others. However, it is easier said than done, especially when we were taught to put others first for so long. This episode was a beautiful and a necessary reminder that by setting boundaries we can improve not only pur own mental health but also our relationships with others. Thank you so much, Stuart!

True Freedom - Our Power of Choice
- De Anonymous User en 11-24-24
“Life’s fleeting nature is precisely what makes each moment valuable.”
Revisado: 11-13-24
Despite its title this episode was very uplifting and positive. Stuart reminded us that the thought of our mortality doesn’t have to be a source of fear or something that gives us existential crisis. On the contrary, it can motivate us to live our lives to the fullest, value our lives even more, and focus on what’s really important like doing what we love or spending time with our loved ones. This episode resonated with me a lot, and it was very soothing and pleasant to listen to.

Brilliant episode
Revisado: 10-28-24
This was an icredibly important episode that everyone should hear. In a world that focuses on efficiency and fast consumption of large number of information on digital platforms our brain loses the ability to process information in depth; we lose critical thinking and creative problem-solving. In this episode Stuart presented science-backed facts about the negative effects of digital technologies on our brain, and offered effective solutions to this problem. Personally I often struggle with being overwhelmed by digital technologies, and I have noticed that social media has a negative effect on my concentration and my overall mental health, so this episode was extremely relevant and helpful for me. Thank you, Stuart!

I loved listening to this inspiring, smart and funny conversation of two brilliant young people. Stuart and Amy discussed finding happiness and success despite struggling with mental health. They also talked about the importance of being kind and maintaining good interpersonal relationships even in competitive work environment.
