Great episode

Cold training changed my life but I haven’t tried the Wim Hof method properly yet, so I was happy to learn more about it. The scientific facts behind it are truly fascinating, and I highly appreciated hearing Stuart’s personal experiences as well. I also appreciated that Stuart shared great tips on how to effectively support someone who is struggling. It’s something I’ve been trying to figure out for a long time, and this episode really helped me.
I look forward to part 2, and I will definitely try to incorporate the Wim Hof method into my daily routine.

“Learn to flow”

This episode is a great primer on cold training, exploring the science behind it, its impacts on mental and physical health, and the man who put it on the worlds stage. A good reminder that we can't control the wind, but we can adjust our sails.
