    Jun 7 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I’m joined by Cam Harris, founder of TRUTH Fitness, to break down the real reason so many high-performing entrepreneurs struggle with their health — and how habits hold the key to turning it all around.

Cam has helped over 500 entrepreneurs lose weight, reclaim their energy, and build a body that supports both business and life.
    We dive into:
    - Why most leaders fail at building habits that actually stick
    - The role of accountability in sustaining health long-term
    - How your environment shapes your behaviour without you realising it
    - Simple frameworks for balancing family, business and fitness
    - How optimising health amplifies professional performance, not competes with it

Whether you're running a business or simply trying to level up, Cam’s approach is full of real, actionable strategies anyone can use to get back in control.

  • Most People Quit Right Before It Starts Working — Here’s What I Tell Every Client
    May 20 2025

    Send us a text

Most people quit right before it starts working.

    You’ve put in the effort.
    You’ve changed your routine.
You’ve started eating better, moving more, sleeping deeper.

But the results? Still not showing up the way you hoped.

This is where most people give up.
But it’s also the exact moment everything starts to shift—if you can stick with it.

In this video, I share the exact message I give every client who feels like walking away right before the breakthrough. It's not about pushing harder—it's about understanding why it feels so hard right now, and what happens if you hang in just a little longer.

  • Fitness Advice Is Full of Crap… and That’s a Good Thing
    May 12 2025

    Send us a text

A friend said this during a conversation about finance, but I couldn’t stop thinking about how much it applies to health and fitness:

“The grass is always greener when it’s fertilised with crap.”

And look, the health and fitness industry? It’s full of crap.
Advice is everywhere—every influencer, every program, every quick fix promising the ultimate result.
Yes, I get the irony: I’m here giving advice on social media too. But stay with me.

    Here’s the difference:
In finance, bad advice can wreck your bank account.
In health? Even the "crappy" advice—most of it still encourages you to move your body and eat better.
And that will help you live a longer, healthier, happier life.

No one is seriously out here saying:

“Sit on the couch all day, eat junk, and watch Netflix—that’s the path to peak health.”

So while everyone’s offering their own spin—HIIT vs. Pilates, low carb vs. plant-based—the message underneath is the same:
Move your body. Eat real food. Avoid ultra-processed junk.

    That’s it.
    Simple. Effective. Universal.

    The trick?
Find the version of that advice—the “crap”—that works for you.
Because consistency beats perfection every time.

  • Is It a Need—or Just a Want?
    May 5 2025

    Send us a text

Every time I talk about this, people think I’m targeting them directly.
    I’m not.

This is a pattern I’ve seen over and over—coaching people in person, online, and in myself:
The confusion between what we want and what we need.

When you're trying to build new habits or improve your health, your old self starts whispering in your ear:

“You need a break. You need that treat. You need to skip today.”

But do you really need it?
Or do you just want it—because it’s easier, more comfortable, or what you’ve always done?

This shows up all the time in the language people use.
A client says, “I need a rest day.”
So I ask: “Do you need one—or do you just want one?”

There’s nothing wrong with rest—but let’s be honest about what rest actually is.
It’s not a day of Netflix and UberEats.
It’s still movement. Still nourishment. Still aligned with your goals.

So the next time you catch yourself saying, “I need…”
    “I need that dessert.”
“I need to skip today’s workout.”
“I need to stay up and binge this show.”

    Pause.
Ask yourself: Is this a need—or just a want?
Because left unchecked, those wants disguised as needs will quietly pull you away from the life you’re trying to build.

  • Stop Giving Advice to Your Younger Self - 2 Minute Tuesday
    Apr 28 2025

    Send us a text

“What advice would you give your younger self?”
    It’s a popular podcast question—and honestly, it’s a terrible one.

You can’t change the past. Even if you could, do you really think your younger self would listen? I know for sure my 21-year-old self wouldn’t have taken advice from the 37-year-old me. He’d probably just say, “What would you know, old man?”

So what’s the point of thinking about advice you can’t use?

Here’s a better question—one I picked up from my recent podcast guest, Jon:

What advice would your 90-year-old self give you right now?

    That flips everything.

You can’t change the past, but you can shape your future.
So, take a moment and actually write it down:

    • Who do you want to be at 90?
    • How do you want to feel?
    • What do you want your life to look like?
    • And what would that future version of you tell you to start doing today?

Most people never think that far ahead.
But if you know where you want to be, you can start making choices now to get there.

I think about this all the time—and it’s exactly why I live the way I do. I’m not just focused on today or tomorrow. I’m making sure I like where I’ll end up when I’m 90.

    Have you thought about it?
