  • How Sherri Has Maintained Her Weight Loss Even With a Full Life - Client Interview

    I have heard from a lot of you that it's so hard to understand how it can feel easy to keep the weight off after you have lost it.

    This makes perfect sense when you have lost weight over and over again with diets and restricted eating, only to gain it back (plus a few more pounds). Trust me, I did that enough to know!

    In this episode, I talk with my former client, Sherri Jones, 9 months after she finished coaching with me. Her journey proves that learning the strategies and mindsets that you don't know that you don't know is what propels you forward in sustainable weight loss.

    • what strategies are a part of Sherri's life now that help her maintain her lower weight;

  • Lessons Learned From Taking Piano and How They Translate to Weight Loss

    Listen to this episode even if you have never taken piano lessons and have no interest in learning to play the piano. Why?

    How you do anything is how you do everything. Do you want everything to happen as fast as possible? Do you always go for the big thrill as opposed to taking the steady path?

    Taking piano lessons as an adult taught me so much. Granted, I had an absolutely amazing teacher.

    Take the lessons I learned from piano and run with them in terms of your weight loss! You will make weight loss easier and longer-lasting.
