    This episode is both a gentle call-in and a permission slip. A reflection on why tending to your own tides isn't a luxury it's a necessity. I share why this eight-month space is different from short bursts of support or high-ticket mentorships that leave you needing more and how Tides of You is designed to anchor you back into what's most important to you.

    In this episode of Overflow, I invite you into a conversation about motherhood and business and what it means to build a business that truly honours your life, your energy, and your family rhythm.

    I reflect on the spectrum of financial need that so many mothers in business navigate, and how naming your unique position whether you're the main provider or supported by a partner, can bring clarity, compassion, and freedom. We explore the invisible pressure to “do more” even when it’s not required, and the deep permission to do business differently, slower, simpler, more cyclically.

    This episode is an invitation to honour your current season, to acknowledge the mental load you carry, and to reconnect with the real why behind your work. I speak to the longing many of us feel to pause or step back and share how I’m already planting the seeds to take time away from work after baby number two, with no guilt or pressure.

    We talk about capacity, nervous system care, redefining success, and creating your own set of business guidelines that reflect what actually matters to you. Whether you're running a business in micro-moments between school drop-offs, or dreaming into a new way of showing up altogether, this episode is here to meet you where you are.

    My hope is that you feel grounded, affirmed, and reminded that you are allowed to do it your way, even if that way is softer, slower, or quieter than what the world expects.

    This is your permission to allow your life, family and mothering to lead and to root your business in clarity, not comparison.

    In this episode of Overflow, I invite you into a conversation around choosing your own natural pace, one that honours your nervous system, your season of life, and what matters most to you.

    I reflect on how often we’re taught to chase the excitement, to move fast, to do more. But what if the most courageous thing we can do right now is slow down? What if creating space in our days, space to think, to feel, to rest, is the very thing that connects us back to our nourishment, fulfilment and presence.

    This episode is an exploration of letting go of the pressure to prove your worth through productivity, and instead cultivating a pace that feels grounding and expansive. I share the questions I ask myself when making plans, and why I believe that our discomfort with slowing down often reveals something deeper, things we've been avoiding, truths we’ve been too busy to hear.

    My intention is that you feel held in your humanness, seen in all your layers, and reminded of your power to take ownership of your life, so you can bring your best self to the world and pour into your own life from a place of overflow.

    This is an invitation to choose rest without guilt. To define what fulfillment and success actually look like for you. And to lead your days, your life, your motherhood, your business, your relationships, unapologetically at your own rhythm.

    In this episode of Overflow, I share the synergy between nourishment and our capacity as women. I unravel the complexities around what it truly means to be nourished, not only in a physical sense but also emotionally and spiritually. Recognising that we, as women, carry the energy that ultimately influences our family's dynamics, which is vital for understanding just how deep and layered our nourishment needs to be.

    As I reflect on the role of mother, the discussion steers toward the importance of self-awareness, revealing how knowing our own needs and being brave enough to communicate them, can create a ripple effect throughout our lives. By engaging with intimate prompts and questions like, "What do I need right now?", I encourage you to dig deeper into your inner world and reflect on your own nourishment and capacity.
