In this episode of Overflow, I share the synergy between nourishment and our capacity as women. I unravel the complexities around what it truly means to be nourished, not only in a physical sense but also emotionally and spiritually. Recognising that we, as women, carry the energy that ultimately influences our family's dynamics, which is vital for understanding just how deep and layered our nourishment needs to be.

As I reflect on the role of mother, the discussion steers toward the importance of self-awareness, revealing how knowing our own needs and being brave enough to communicate them, can create a ripple effect throughout our lives. By engaging with intimate prompts and questions like, "What do I need right now?", I encourage you to dig deeper into your inner world and reflect on your own nourishment and capacity.

My intention is that you feel held in your humanness, seen in all your layers, and reminded of your power to take ownership of your life, so you can bring your best self to the world and pour into your own life from a place of overflow.

This is a conversation around self-responsibility, empowerment, and the idea that our nourishment is no longer a luxury or a nice-to-have—it’s an absolute necessity.
