Workout #1
I love that they have a word of the workout! I think that is super cool. I love the energetic music in the background. It's nice that its not over powering (so you still can hear Jaime Mcfadden) but not quiet enough its useless. I got this because I have a busy schedule and find it hard to take the time to work out but I want to loose some winter weight and I love this! It fits great into my schedule. I can't wait for the next workouts.

Energy!
I was having the most down in the dumps day ever, weather it be about my husband and the many fights we engage into each day or the feeling of being a terrible mother or the fact that my newly entrepreneurial butt was just tired. This workout picked my sobbing butt off of my home office chair and made me dig (literally dig) my running shoes out of the closet and get on my feet!! It’s cold where I am (30 degrees!!) but I just put my ear muffs, gloves, scarf and warmest jacket hanging on the hook by the door on and pushed play! I am so thankful I did!! This is exactly the kick in the tail (and mindset) that I needed!! Get up and do it! What do you have to loose!! ~

Works on a treadmill too
This is an outside workout, but it worked just as well on the treadmill. Will definitely do this one again to up my speed.

Don't waste your time.
No video...Don't waste your time. way too much talking to promote this audio only workout. I was super bummed. And to think I paid for this!!

A workout for the ears.
I couldn’t do this. It was hard enough trying to figure out what exercises were being described, let alone how to do them with good form, but it was set to loud music WITH LYRICS! I’m just not that kind of genius.

Background Music Issue
The coaching and instructions are excellent. This workout is 10 sets of 1 minute walking and 30 second jogging. The music doesn't speed up when you hit the 30 seconds of jogging, so you are not jogging to the rhythm which kind of throws you off balance. It's very motivating and empowering as far as the coaching goes. However . . . .
The background music has lyrics, and personally I don't feel they were good. Here are some examples. Wanna try out something new, and I wanna start with you. Wanna loose myself tonight, beside you (hm. sounds immoral). Take my heartache, bury it deep inside. Take my trouble, bury it deep in inside. (that's not a healthy way to deal with things. We need to work through our issues, get a counselor, not bury them.) There were other lyrics I couldn't catch what was being said, so I didn't know what was feeding into my brain. I would have preferred no lyrics to the background music.

A full four minutes of ads and talk? For busy people? And then time to breathe. Ridiculous.

Disappointed.
I had hoped that at least 1 or two of the workouts would be able to be adapted to a person in a wheel chair. This isn’t possible on these.
