At least that's what I tell myself when I witness the same hot guy commit mass murder three times in a few days. I'm either the luckiest mute boy ever or possibly the unluckiest.

Who knows, maybe him kidnapping me will turn into the greatest love story ever told? Hey, it could happen! You never know how these things will turn out. I happen to believe in love and soulmates, and if nothing else, Arlington Fox doesn't treat my disability like a nuisance.

It's not every day you find someone who just gets you, and I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth even if the horse in question is a man so good at killing people that I should probably introspect a bit about why that skews my moral compass and possibly my kinks. But c'mon, competence is sexy, am I right?

What a wild ride. It wasn't quite going where I expected and has a lot of surprising...fetishes in it? if you want to call it that- but it's funny, respectful and I enjoyed listening to the narrator. I loved the idea of the afterward short story - but hated the "interruptions" of the other characters talking while Fox was retelling the first encounter. Otherwise- I'm excited to read the next book.

When the World doth make no sense it is a joy to find something with a little bit to it.
Take he who announces, mutely, and pair him with he who reaps efficiently, toss is some silliness and enjoy.
No, this is not high literature, but it's fun and distracting...MM for the win.

This story is one of the most ridiculous, funniest, craziest books I've ever listened to! Kevin does an an incredible job with all of the characters making them relatable and ridiculous in equal measures. This book is definitely going in my 'feel better collection' because it will turn a bad day around immediately every time🤣 I can't wait for the next book in the series to come out in audible!!!!! And I highly recommend it for anyone who likes silliness with a side of plot and a load of wonderful characters! What a fun listen! Thank you for giving me a few hours of vacation from real life!!

The audio is just as good as reading the book. I can’t wait for them all to be out in audio. I really hope they all are.

I am slightly disappointed. The story had so much going for it but the world building was lacking a bit. It was like both the character and reader are plopped into this story world with no context. It was as if we were meant to already know about the in and outs of this story’s world but I was left piecing it together the best I could with the scraps I could gather throughout the book. The concept was brilliant but could have been done so much better. I don’t like not finishing a book but there was a time or two where my mind would wander when reading this and I’m not sure if I’ll continue with the series at least not yet. I was expecting a bit more but I still did enjoy the concept of the storyline and characters.

I read this book and snickered through the whole thing. It's absolutely chuckle worthy and a fun take on paranormal romance. The characters are fresh and the narration is perfect. I hope more books by this author come to audible!

Loved this book. It was funny and unexpected. It wasn't the same old story with different names and places. It truly had a plot and plan I was not expecting it was refreshing. I wish the rest of the series was on Audible, I guess I will be reading the other books.

Silly-ish plot, but that's not what you'd read this type of book for; it's author's writing comedic dialogue. That is what truely what made this book one that I plan on listening to more than once and I an considering paying full price for the next few so I can read as many as I can right away. I highly suggest this, and not as a background style story, because you'll get nothing done but lol to this book. Enjoy!

Love the absurd humour, a perfectly fine cozy absurd uplifting comedy murder romance.

The repeated misuses of the phrase "oral fixation", sometimes probably should be "auditory fixation" all the time something closer to "turn on".

The title didn't lie.
