It works!
I have listened to numerous sound therapies to help with stress for years and this is the first one that really works for me. I don't sleep well. I have trouble falling and staying asleep, but my sleep has been pretty consistent for the since I started listening to this about a week and a half ago. I hope this continues, because I have noticed I feel more relaxed and rested.

Good sounds, removed intro/exit would be better
I feel the sounds are very helpful but to have the typical "Audible" intro and ending sort of disrupt the calm for me. Even the womana voice of what it can do I find distracting. I have to fast forward and then anticipate the end ¤"Audible hopes you able enjoyed..." I think it would be better if the information was just in the description of the title rather than the audio itself. Aside from that, I use it in the morning before work to help reduce my cortisol feeling and it does seem to help.

Ok but audio quality issues
I like ambient music but the audio quality in the last 3-5 minutes was really poor. Warbly and uneven. I’m glad I didn’t pay separately for this item.

Complex yet highly relaxing
The complex yet soothing sound variations helped instantly with my chronic insomnia. I was hesitant initially with the wide variations of rhythms, tones and sounds, but was soon fast asleep.

Didn’t work for me
Yikes 😳 I found it annoying and irritating. Obviously I didn’t actually measure my cortisol levels however I feel certain they were negatively affected.
