Historia
“Historical fiction at its very finest!” ~ Readers’ Favorite In the late 14th century, the Kingdom of the Isles was under assault from the ambitious Albany Stewarts, who were taking advantage of Scotland’s empty throne to increase their power. Jealous of the Macdonald lordship to the west, the ruthless Robert Stewart, Duke of Albany, thwarted Donald of Islay, Lord of the Isles, at every turn. A man of keen intelligence, strategy and faith, educated at Oxford and a frequent guest of England’s kings, Lord Donald did not intend to allow a traitorous royal thug to rob him of his ...

Historia
Death isn’t the end. It’s a reset. Aristotle “Ari” Zurr-McIntyre is trapped in an impossible cycle. When he dies—whether by accident, suicide, or murder—he doesn't stay dead. He reappears, often younger, always naked, somewhere entirely new, the memories of his past life dissolving like smoke. He’s a Vanisher, a genetic anomaly hunted by those who crave the secret to his regeneration. From the rain-slicked streets of Cleveland to the sun-drenched beaches of St. Thomas, from the shadowy corners of New York’s Murdock's Café to the halls of Emory University, Ari leaves behind ...

Historia
In a rain-drenched world far from home, survival means more than dodging alien predators—it means escaping your own family. Kayla and Roux thought they'd found sanctuary, a remote outpost where they provided medical needs to the locals. But when her family arrives unannounced, it threatens that balance and triggers a resurgence of the past. Kayla discovers that her biological mother—a dangerous Siren—will stop at nothing to reclaim what she believes is hers. With Roux immune to her genetic ability and Robert desperate to protect his daughter, they're about to learn that some ...

Historia
We often struggle to let some people go, especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves, and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience, and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art of Letting Go helps you understand why, how, and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

best read in a book form
this is a daily devotion/reflection book and not well suited for an audio book. I did purchase the hard copy and found it a very easy way to get me back into a routine of spending time with God daily. I am thankful for that. the stories were light-hearted and easy to read; more personal antidotes of the author than a study of the scriptures, and sometimes I didn't notice an obvious connection to the scripture verse, but with that being said, the author made it easy to continue reading daily for the 90 days and re- develop a habit of daily time with God.
